• we call ‘Q-Mind the part of our Mind which helps us achieve our goals and live a happy & fulfilled life. There are 6 prerequisites (see post in 1.3.19) and 4 Keys to activate the Q-Mind.
• There are 2 ways to use your Q-Mind, depending on your focus: Focusing on your weaknesses will make you weaker. Focusing on your strengths will make you stronger.
• The Mind is like a parachute. To be able to work, it should be open’. Set your Mind on ‘Growth Mode’ instead of the ‘Fixed Mode’ (post 8.1.19)
• Ask yourself every night 3 simple questions that will help you activate your Q-Mind (post 11.6.2019)
• There is no way you can achieve your goals by staying within your comfort zone.
• When you want something to change in your life stop blaming others for what is happening to you.
• As you wouldn’t speak a foreign language without understanding the meaning of the words you use, it doesn’t make sense to keep ‘talking’ to yourself without learning the programming language of the Mind first.
