• The Mind can operate in two modes: The ‘Fixed’ or the ‘Growth’ mode. The second one will help you change and achieve your goals.
• There are two possible motives for change: A Current Pain ΟR a clear & attractive Vision of the future. It is your choice to select your own motive.
• It is important that you specifically define which part of your life you are committed to focus on and change within a specific time period.
• To initiate change, you need to ‘unfold’ your Mind and draw your ideal future picture from scratch. This requires practicing the various techniques you will learn here.
• Identify the specific barriers that currently prevent you from ‘unfolding your mind’. Start observing these barriers every day and write down the specific way they operate.
• Τhe crucial thing in the activation of the Q-Mind is your Unconscious Mind which operates in a completely different way than the Conscious Mind.
