-In the mind’s programming language there are no ‘negative statements’, so you need to provide it with only clear, positive commands.

-When you want to really change, you mustn’t focus on how to improve or correct a current situation.

-You just need to clearly shape your destination point, your ‘Point B’, and this is the 1st Key to activate your Q-Mind.

-Shaping your ‘Point-B’ is a skill that can be taught, learned and trained.

-Only thoughts that you focus on for more than 35’’ start making a difference, so you have to be careful about which thoughts you let stay and which you let go.

-An easy way to activate your Q-Mind is the daily practice of acknowledgement, appreciation and gratitude. This will make the shaping of your ‘Point-B’ much easier on the subconscious level
