Why the 2nd Key unlocks Happiness

The ability to dis-identify from your thoughts, apart from being one of the 4 keys to unlock your Q-Mind, is also the key to your happiness. To understand this, you should read again our post on 11.2 about Dr Seligman’s 3 secrets of happiness.

Well, it’s a simple as this: your 2nd Key of the Q-Mind also unlocks each one of the 3 secrets:

You can ‘live and enjoy the moment’ only if you can purposefully shut off the ‘thinking circuit’.

You can ‘engage in everything you do’ only if you find a way to stop your thoughts from spoiling the process.

And you can ‘live your life with a life purpose’ only when you have learnt how to ignore the thoughts that will try to stop you from finding and following your purpose.

So, practice the 2nd key of the Q-Mind and you will not only be successful in whatever is important for you, but you will also live a happy life!
