Do you carry with you what you really want?

If shaping your ‘point B’ is the 1st Key if the Q-Mind’s activation (see previous posts in March and April), then what’s the 2nd Key?

We had seen that one of the barriers we encounter in our way to go where we want, is our own thoughts. Especially the repeating thoughts which ultimately become our limiting beliefs.

One of the secrets of how the Mind operates that few people know, is that YOU CANNOT stop the thoughts to come into your mind neither can you ‘push them away’, because -even if you do this- they will come back even stronger than before.

Nevertheless, you can do something else: something that successful people -who also live a balanced life- are very skillful at. And this is the 2nd key of the Q-Mind’s activation.
