So, you know what the 2nd key of the Q-Mind is, you have learnt how to practice it, but do you carry it with you all the time?
How can you take the opportunity to use it in every ‘door’ you get to be in front of?
Here are some examples of how you can practice the 2nd key in your everyday activities, without even bothering to set aside special time and space to exercise, and solidify your ability to use it:

Exercise:
Pick one simple activity every day, which looks appropriate for you in the moment and decide to do it while practicing the 2nd Key of the Q-Mind.
For example, when you wash the dishes, decide to shift your focus solely into the physical sensations in your body: The touching, temperature and feeling of the water in your hands, the feeling of how the soap make your hands slippery and soft, the feeling from the touch of the cold and smooth dishes, the sounds & the smells in the process, the feeling of the air in your cheeks or the shoes and socks covering your soles. You can focus in any sensation that strikes you as longs as it is feeling or sensation and not a thought or a product of any kind of processing these senses by your mind (ex. ‘How cold is the water!’).
Don’t forget to acknowledge the thoughts coming in (it’s OK if they do!) and let them go away without judging them or getting ‘hooked’ on them.
You can do this for as many times you feel like every day with different physical activities (walking, working out etc.), on top of your basic ‘Mind Push-ups’ training (see post on 13.5.2019).
