Exercise:
Read again the ‘experiment’ with the paper in the post on 18.1.
Write down a list of the things that prevent you today from ‘unfolding’ your mind and clearly ‘painting’ the picture of what you want to be. The list may -among others- include:
– Limiting Beliefs or Mindsets (like: I am not…, I cannot…, I don’t have…)
– Εmotions that your feel blocking you (fears, insecurities, anger)
– People who may negatively affect you
– Situations that may activate some of the above
Evaluate which thing from the list is the most important barrier for you now and decide on the ONE different thing that you commit to do in order to overcome it.
