Is your Wheel rolling?

When our thought gets more specific, we help our brain focus and activate the parts that can make the required changes happen.

Exercise:

Rate your current situation from 1 to 10 in each one of the following slices of your ‘wheel of life’:

Business/Career, Finances,

Health/Fitness,

Family & Friends,

Romance,

Personal Development,

Fun & Recreation,

Environment (your house, district, traveling etc.).

Consider ‘10’ being ‘The life that the best version of myself would live’ and ‘1’ being ‘As far away from the ideal as it can be’.

Draw your wheel on a piece of paper and use a pencil to ‘shadow’ the slices according to the ratings of each slice.

How ‘full’ does your wheel look? How balanced?

Which are the 2 sections of your life that you commit to improve within the next 6 months? What is your specific goal? (ex. ‘In Finance I will go from 5 to 7’).
