Some ideas on the ‘how’:
– focus on your core strengths, not your weaknesses
– celebrate your success
– celebrate new learnings that will make you stronger, even if they come from ‘failures’
– give positive feedback to reinforce new desired behaviors and routines
– have people do things they enjoy and are good at, or things they deeply desire to be good at
– stop ‘solving problems’. Start drawing your ‘destination point’ in detail and build your own path to get there.
