Do this every night to easily activate your Q-Mind!

The simplest everyday thing you can do to start applying the 1st Key of Q-Mind activation today is:

Acknowledge others and express gratitude!

Most people think that, to acknowledge other people for something, or to be grateful for even the small things they have in their life is just a ‘moral quality’, something that ‘you ought to be doing to be a better person’. Very few understand that -first and foremost- these are both practices that mostly benefit oneself directly, rather than other people.

By acknowledging, appreciating and seeing the good in other people or in your life, you train your mind to focus on the positive aspects that will help you form your ‘point B’ much easier. In the ‘programming language of the mind’, you are conveying your mind the message: ‘I want more of this in my life. Search and find more of it.’ This is a very powerful, unconscious positive command that activates your Q-Mind, by starting to set positive goals without even feeling the hardness of the process.

On the contrary, when you are often scornful, bitter, unappreciative, critical and discontented you give your mind the opposite command: Yes, when you focus on the ‘negative things’, your mind will search and find more negatives and your actions will subliminally find a way to provoke them.

Remember: it’s not about what’s right or wrong, it’s about understanding how your mind works and use it into your favor.

Exercise:

Every other night, before you sleep write 3 simple things you appreciate having in your life. Pick things you have never thought of (like the socks that warm
your feet or the windows that keep you warm but let you see outside). Then think about at least 3 things that appeared in your life today that you are grateful about.

The rest of the nights write down 1 thing you acknowledge in some other person -even in people you don’t like or generally appreciate- that you never let them know of.

Gradually make a habit of finding and telling others what you acknowledge or appreciate them for.
